Sometimes, it’s easy to lose sight of everything we have to be grateful for in our lives. Work gets hectic; kids are cranky; stressors build, and before you know it, you find yourself feeling discontented and blah about everything. But there is a simple way to combat these blah feelings, and it starts with practicing active gratitude. From being grateful for the small things, like our favorite foods to the major things, like our families, friends, jobs, and health—taking time each day to be grateful for all the good in life can help you go from merely surviving to thriving with health, happiness, and abundance.
