The Rising Strong™ Workshop

Based on Brene Brown’s latest book, the Rising Strong™ workshop teaches you how to rise after you fall, and how to cultivate the courage to try again. You’ll practice new concepts through tools and interactive exercises so you can rewrite your life’s narrative and gain a fresh perspective on your emotions, thoughts, and actions.

Family of Origin Workshop

What stories define you? In this workshop, we’ll examine the role you played in your childhood family — the rebel, the caretaker, or maybe the savior — and examine how that impacts your family, work, and life today.

The Family of Origin Intensive is based on the work of Pia Mellody and offers a unique opportunity to discover the effects of developmental relational trauma. You’ll gain skills, techniques, and resources to continue your personal growth.

If you’re interested, I’ll tell you how you can take part in this life-changing work.

This workshop is limited to just four participants.

The Daring Way Workshop

The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men and women learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives.

During the workshop we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we will identify new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living.

Boundaries for Couples Workshop

Stuck in the same old fights and frustrations? This workshop helps couples learn to develop and utilize functional boundaries, so you can deepen your respect for each other. Explore your existing strengths, develop expectations around addressing painful issues, and reduce negative emotions so your authentic selves can be seen and heard. Through experiential exercises, couples will practice engaging in open, honest, and vulnerable dialogue — all within a safe space.

This intensive is limited to three couples.
